Keep a track of your nutrition
At fit2race we like to build nutrition plans specially designed to the individual, their needs and level of performance. To get you started on the right track, it is essential for you to keep a track of your nutrition. Attached below is a PDF of food record that will allow you to monitor your intake and assess the key area’s for improvement.
Often tracking and recording your intake makes you fully realize when you eat and will uncover your free foods that you take through the day and often forget!
