Ensuring you are fit2race allows you to have to optimal conditioning to enhance your performance and concentrate on one thing….Racing to Win!

Train your body functionally and stimulate in the way you do in car, this way your body knows what you demand of it, and has trained to cope with these demands and perform. Each training session is conducted one on one with unique exercises to train your core, posture and supporting musculature as well as demanding strength and efficiency from your upper body to allow you to develop shape, condition and tone. Training is aimed at maximising your bodies’ efficiency, strength and endurance in addition to your postural condition to prepare you for the in car demands of our formulae and beyond.

Cardio vascular training is completed with the aid of a Polar Heart Rate Monitor which has the ability to upload all data for future analysis and can be seen in graphical form. This will allow session comparisons, analysis of training levels, intensity and adaptation of the body to the demands of the training. We now offer appointments at the all new fit2race performance training studio. All sessions are exclusively one on one at our studio in Solihull. Individual sessions are available with appointments to suit 7 days per week.
